Identification:
Each applicant will need to email a copy of their government-issued photo ID (driver’s license, passport, military ID, state ID card) to our leasing office at Staff@CarrolltonProperties.com.
Income:
Each applicant will need to email copies of their TWO most recent paycheck stubs to our leasing office at Staff@CarrolltonProperties.com.
The apartment home cannot be reserved until all items are received. Please contact the leasing office with any questions. We look forward to welcoming you home to Pinney Hill Apartments!
